WORK EXPERIENCE

Building a human-powered search engine is challenging. I must continually refocus myself and the team to think about the content we are producing less in editorial terms and more in terms of search. This involves quite a bit of strategic planning and continual reinvention of best practices.

From October 2000 until the Summer of 2005, I was the lab supervisor for Fordham's Graduate School at the Tarrytown campus. When Fordham acquired Marymount College, I then supervised another lab supervisor running the labs in Marymount and helped provide the same support to the faculty and students of that college which I had been providing for Fordham's Graduate Center. In the summer of 2005, I was promoted to Instructional Technologist for Fordham University, maintaining the Faculty Resource Centers at Fordham's 3 campuses, Lincoln Center, Rose Hill, and Marymount.
